My friend and I have used Hays Travel before the branch in Midhurst was closed down and Karen has always been very helpful and patient with us. We have booked long haul flights with her and we know that these take longer to process with all the fine details than normal. Now we have to go to the Petersfield Branch which is at least 10-11 miles further but Karen greeted us with a smile and it was no trouble to her to book our next long haul adventure. My partner and I have also booked a holiday with her, this time in Italy and once again Karen was helpful all the way. She deserves a medal.

We went to the store with the intention of not leaving until we had something booked. We were there for 4 hours and the lady who helped us was amazing and very patient with all our requests and did find us a holiday.
