Great shame that Hays has recently closed our local, Midhurst branch, which now means a twenty five mile round trip to the Petersfield branch. The Petersfield shop is somewhat shabby and would benefit from refurbishment. If Midhurst branch had not been closed it would have been a 5 star review.

Been booking with Richard for the best part of a decade now, and the process just seems to become more efficient and effortless each time.

Each trip I go on will change my life in one form or another - I have amassed friends from all over the world through my travels, with enough stories from all of the different countries to write books on - so it goes without saying that with something so precious, you turn to who you trust most to get the initial job done. Relying on an app and somewhat of a hunch just isn't enough when you're booking something so important. The professionals are there, use them.

The price point for what I'm actually doing this year is phenomenal. So five stars there as well.

My recent Lisbon trip went really smoothly, thanks to Richard at Hays Travel, Petersfield.
His recommendation of the Sofitel at LHR’s T5 was great. It was extremely comfortable, (with a free room upgrade!) I had nice supper which was served in the bar area, and I’d recommend Hays idea of staying over night, prior to a fairly early flight the next day.
BA short-haul flight was super, (a little biased perhaps, as ex-cabin crew!)
