Used messenger to enquire about an holiday within a few minutes Kellie messaged to ask if it was ok to call me regarding my enquiry which she did and in half an hour from my initial message my holiday was sorted and booked

The manager at the Pickering branch, Nick Abbey was very helpful, knowledgeable and honest with his holiday suggestions and information, making sure we came away with a holiday suited to us. Despite what had been a very busy morning for him and no lunch he was very happy to take time with us and answer any questions we had, which were numerous.
The staff in the branch were all very friendly.

We have great faith in the team at Hays Travel in Pickering. So we wait until we visit the town to explore holiday options for the future. Once again the staff greeted us as friends and we were helped to choose our next holiday. Nothing is too much trouble and we are always pleased with the care and attention.
