2 holidays booked in 2 days
Lowri gave me a print out of prices for our preferred holidays so my friends and I could compare and choose the best one. The shop was busy when I returned the next day but I was asked to take a seat. My booking was dealt with efficiently and easily and I came away happy that my first 2027 holiday was booked. So happy, that I went in the next day and booked a family holiday and received the same excellent service with a different member of staff.

Went into the transit way branch in…
Went into the transit way branch in Plymouth and got 2500nok in January for our Norway trip in August. I didn’t know at the time some of the notes they sold me was out of circulation since 2017 and when I tried to return them they said they wouldn’t have supplied them and that maybe I got them while in Norway. If you’re buying currency check them against the online checker before you leave to make sure you get what you pay for.

Roy the manager was very helpful and understanding that I was a little hesitant in booking because I had a voucher code at home. However he reassured me that he could book then and would deduct the voucher the following day when I went in. The experience was not stressful at all for myself.
