Poppy was very professional, lovely, friendly and very patient with us (but then she is my niece so knows how simple I can be ;-))....She talked us through our options of hotels, flights and costs of christmas markets and New York so we could work out which was better for our budget.

We booked to go to Prague Christmas Market in the end.

Poppy who works at the Pocklington branch was really professional & nice to talk to. We asked her about river cruises and she came up with some nice ones. We got a couple of discounts which was great and after a couple of visits and some thought we went back and booked it. Poppy covered everything for us including travel insurance.

Stacey the manager at Hays Travel Pocklington is always very welcoming. She has arranged many holidays for us. The staff are very knowledgeable and able to advise on all manner of travel. The booking process is simple and speedy. As an elderly couple it’s very nice for us to let Hays do all the hard work for us. We will use them again.

Stacey, the Hays manager, kindly took time out of her annual leave to research some options for me. Although a few of the initial details did not quite work, once she returned, she proactively found some excellent alternatives, and it was not long before the holiday was booked. The whole process was seamless.

Really friendly helpful knowledgeable staff. Showed an interest in my travel plans and were able to get me the best flights to fit in with my plans at a reasonable price.
Will use them again for my next long haul flights.

Very helpful staff

Dropped in as previously arranged to collect Canada &US dollars, to receive assistance putting some onto my Hays money card (dyslexic & your assistants always give me support) this time it was the lovely Kayleigh. Also, she gave me a quick tutorial on transferring money if I need to. The she helped me seek & booked the most appropriate hotel for one nights stay near terminal 2 for B&B. Perfect! Big thanks 🤩
