He is very knowledgeable about cabin locations and explained clearly that the locations can affect how noisy a cabin can be, the booking process was so easy to do and staff are always helpful and kind-we are seasoned cruisers but we still appreciated Jonathan's input and were very happy to have our 2028 holiday booked with Hays Travel
