Couldn’t fault the assistance we got to help both choose the location and dates that we required it was made easy and stress free and our preferences were also taken into consideration, the staff were very attentive nothing was to much trouble.

Maria has been a joy to deal with every time we’ve been in. She is not only very knowledgeable and helpful she is also so lovely, polite and always cheerful.

I always use this branch to book a holiday because all the staff there go out of their way to help you and are very professional and it is always a pleasure to visit.

Maria helped me book my holiday but everyone goes above and beyond to help you get the best holiday for you.I had a query about the hotel I chose and Maria emailed the hotel for me .I have been coming to the Prenton office for years now and I wouldn't book any else.
