Good service led to me booking a…
Good service led to me booking a holiday, not my first choice because that was booked up. The advisor looked at my selection and assisted me booking a similar holiday to my first choice. I was advised that the brochures are available from December so I’ll book earlier for next year.
I called the branch a couple of days later to check my seat. That was also dealt with well and the advisor rang me later with confirmation.
This experience has made it a fuss free easy process for me to book and pay for a holiday.

Our agent Grace was very professional and communicated with us and the cruise line at a steady pace, making sure we understood all what was happening.
