First time using Hays Travel
We called in having seen an offer at another Hays branch to enquire about a holiday to Thailand - Molly was very attentive and although there was an initial problem contacting the agents to complete the booking she was able to very quickly get back to us with an alternative date that suited our needs so we were very happy with the service we received when it came to booking the trip we would certainly use them again when it comes to arranging a long haul multi site holiday

Miya was fantastic. Great customer service. She is a credit to the team. Holiday booked in 20 minutes. The staff are always friendly and listen to all questions etc. We have dealt with Molly and Rocco regarding two different cruises and their attention to detail was excellent. Rocco helped when Molly was on holiday.
I would always recommend Hays Travel.

Rocco at the Preston Fishergate branch helped us find the holiday we wanted and sorted out some issues that had arisen. He was superb and very friendly and welcoming. The other staff were just as friendly too. This made our experience a pleasurable one as usual.

5 STARS FOR VIKI PRESTON FISHERGATE
Viki from the Preston fishergate store booked my holiday extras. I booked the lounge quite last minute so there was not a lot of availability. She did not let that stop her. She took it upon herself to check multiple suppliers and found exactly what I was looking for. She is an absolute credit to the store. She had multiple clients waiting just for her, and as well as dealing with me, she was still providing 5* service to the clients around her at the same time. I'd book with Viki every single time without a doubt.
