Very helpful while booking our first holiday abroad

The lady who served my friend and I was really helpful in finding us a hotel in salou.

We had some research on were we wanted to go, there were 3 different length of stays, we decided to go for 14 nights. Hayes rep quickly and efficiently sorted our accommodation and flight times.

The staff at Hays travel, Morrisons, Preston are all exceptionally good. Debbie booked my holiday, gave me lots of information and dealt with me in a very professional, efficient manner.

All operative interested in was tryinh to get me to buy euros,set up airport parking with asking me several times and me saying no each time,long coach ride to hotel then hotel told me room not ready and would i like to upgrade for another 50 euros when i had paid enough already to book holiday,there was no one here to help me,come to mt aid and or offer any assistance,its a very very poor show.Room now ready with being very pleased with it and hotel in very good location and thanks to heys travel

I contacted Hays Morrisons supermarket by Facebook messenger. I needed information which I got but also had to double check with my daughter regarding if she could get the days needed of work. I rang them when I had the go ahead and all was booked and paid for over the phone. Very easy, relaxed and sorted.
