Staff were thorough and polite.
Very helpfull, printed out all the documents we would need, boarding passes etc.
We felt it was a very smooth and easy process from choosing a holiday to paying for it opposed to doing it ourselves on line.

Persistence pays off.
Going above and beyond to find a hotel with wheelchair accessible shower/bathroom in Egypt. Last minute booking with endless phone calls chasing up information for us. Professional in every sense. Check in and all other details all done for us,. Holiday money all ordered after having a curtesy call back. All the staff are so helpful, and would highly recommend the store.
