The store was fresh amd when I came in the staff were chatting and laughing . Made me feel at ease it made it welcoming .
It is 1st time I have been to hays and really was comfortable and happy with how I was talked through my booking . Giving me full confidence all would be ok 👍

New Holiday.
We have used Hayes previously for booking a holiday and were very pleased with the holiday and how Hays organised the holiday which is why we returned to Hays.

Aidan is a very nice young man, very knowledgeable and helpful. We chose our holiday from one of the offers displayed on the window, he went through everything for us with ease and made us welcome. I have used Hays travel before and they are a very good travel agency. Would highly recommend.

Sophie in the Preston branch has been extremely helpful with our last two holiday bookings. When we were unable to travel to our last holiday due to unforeseen events Sophie stepped in and arranged a full refund and a new holiday within a few hours.
