Would usually book online but my mum likes to book in person. Had a few issues with one of the computers not working for our booking but got another to work so could have been more streamlined but the staff were pleasant.

Matt was fantastic.
From the moment I made my enquiry. Matt was helpful and full of all the information I required. He made sure everything was correct and even followed up to ensure I’d booked exactly what I wanted and received all the documents via email. He was very friendly and polite and made sure absolutely everything was perfect for my upcoming trip even down to ensuing my luggage allowance and transfer details were what I wanted. Will most certainly book with him again. What a gem!!
