We dealt with Georgia in the Kingfisher branch and she quickly found a lovely hotel just off La Rambla in Barcelona for us. We had a fabulous few days away,reasonably priced and good flight times.

Knowledgeable, very helpful and patient, especially as they were dealing with a pensioner in his eighties!!

Just booked a holiday through Hays Travel Redditch, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.

Lexi, the travel advisor who assisted me, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in finding the perfect holiday for me. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered great suggestions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

Thanks to her expertise, I ended up booking a holiday to Rhodes, which ticked every box. Lexi and her colleagues were incredibly knowledgeable about the destination and helped tailor everything to suit my preferences and budget.

What really stood out was her professionalism and enthusiasm, it felt like she truly cared about making sure I had the best possible experience, rather than just making a sale.
