Ricardo was really warm, friendly and helped us book our cruise to the Norwegian fjords. The system was down down but Ricardo called through and got everything booked for us. This was the second booking with Ricardo and highly recommended him. Thank you. Only suggestion would make is that it is very loud and some privacy screens to reduce noise would make it easier on staff and customers to hear better.

We were very pleased with our booking experience, the gentleman who assisted us was very helpful. This will be our first cruise and he talked us through the whole process making sure that our preferences were met and answered all our questions very thoroughly.

Hays Redditch is excellent. Nothing was too much trouble on our visit (Tuesday 3rd February “26”) to book a cruise . The young lady was superb,(sorry forgot her name ) regardless all the staff there are excellent .

Lexie done a great job. Her patience was admirable with 3 indecisive sisters and a brother popping in to make thing louder than already was. Our holiday was eventually booked. Thanks Lexie you were great.
