Freya was very patient and very informative with all aspects of what I was requiring … my booking was completed on line however I did go down to the branch and Freya advised to to have a think about my options an come back to her. We came into the shopt to pay our balance on our 2026 holiday in May. Whilst we were in, we spotted a Fred Olson cruise for May 27 which covered our interests. We have t been with Fred Olson before, but have cruised with several cruise lines before. We haven't done a sea cruise since lockdown because we were put off by the larger ships. Our advisor got us all the information. Prices and cabin prices to take away.We returned 3 days later to book it because she was able to reassure us and found a good price for the holiday.. This is why we always book via Hays

Spent a few weeks asking several questions and Ella was amazing she answered everything and was very patient with me asking so much! She’s helped us find the perfect Disney deal for 2029 and we’re so excited. She’s gone above and beyond to help us, Thankyou so much.

Went into the shop in Rochdale to book a holiday, we saw a young lady called Ella. We told her where we wanted to go and and idea of the hotel, she had a look for us and asked us about what type of board we wanted , we decided on all inclusive she then showed us the room choices , at all times it was our decision we never felt pressured at any time to settle for something we didn't want. Ella was very professional and helpful at all times, we will definitely use that branch again and the same travel consultant again

Amy was brilliant. She worked extremely hard to find the holiday we wanted. She even called us out of hours to check a couple of details. She went over and above and Hays are very lucky to have her.
