Very friendly staff, extremely helpful and efficient

Had a wonderful holiday exoerien

Easy quick no fuss. Karen the lady who dealt with my booking at the Rothwell branch was very experienced and really helpful.

The lady who helped with booking the holiday was just brilliant. She listened to our requirements and was extremely friendly, patient and helpful.

Very smooth good service

On arriving, I noticed that they were due to close in twenty minutes. I offered to return the following day but Adam was insistent that he was happy to help. He took the time to listen and searched for the ideal holiday despite this meaning that both he and the other staff were kept over their usual finishing time. I was mortified and very apologetic but was met with smiles and reassurance that they didn’t mind.
The whole experience was smooth and really pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

Charlotte dealt with our booking in a professional and friendly manner. This is the 2nd time this year she has booked us a holiday and is a credit to Hays Travel. will definitely book with Hays travel again.

The only problem was that the holiday we found thinking that it was with Hays turned out to be with Tui and flights with Ryan Air, which made the whole process longer,due to the admin side which made more it more difficult for us and your staff, having to use a different system, and told that we had to do the booking ourselves, which made it very difficult as we are not tech minded. However Charlotte at your Rothwell branch offered to do this with us step by step. We think that it was very deceiving for this not to be pointed out when searching for a holiday as Charlotte said this was not on her screen and had difficulty finding it. Therefore if a third party is involved not only should we be aware but your staff too. Charlotte was great and persevered to make sure that we were happy with the end result.

Adam was absolutely fantastic! I saw a deal on Facebook, rang the office for more details and wanted a couple of changes to the deal. He went away and came back with exactly what I wanted. His communication was clear and he sounded genuinely excited for me. The whole experience was spot on thank you Adam

The girls in the office were very attentive and patient spending time explaining everything we needed to know.

Holly is fabulous representative for hays. Knowledgeable about the places we where interested in going. Went above and beyond in finding our 25th anniversary holiday.
