Excellent staff, very knowledgeable of all the destinations discussed with great advise and even suggested another hotel after they found out there would be building works at the first hotel we chose !
Infact we have travelled with hays 3 times and each time we've had no issues!

Thanks Stacey. Quality customer care.
Your agent, Stacey, was very helpful. She patiently went through several holiday options with us and helped us find an excellent value cruise. Stacey explained the cabin options and helped us choose the best deck on the ship to suit us.
This took out all of the stress of me finding and booking the holiday myself. Stacey also showed us the airport choices and once we decided arranged our airport parking too.
It's good to know we can sit back and relax knowing it's all been taken care of. Thanks Stacey. Excellent customer service. We will be back to book or spring break next year.
