I came across Ryan and Hazel on Facebook after they reached out to me. From start to finish, my experience with Hazel was fantastic. I feel like I’m basically on retainer as a reviewer at this point, but credit where it’s due… Ryan and Team Ryan are ridiculously good. They’ve saved us money more times than I can count, reply at absolutely unholy hours (silly o’clock is their speciality), and offer the kind of service you usually only hear about in nostalgic stories.
Nothing is ever too much trouble — and trust me, we test that regularly. We book a lot: couples holidays, family holidays, group trips, and the occasional ‘help, something’s gone wrong’ or ‘please find me extra legroom with nearly no time left to go’ moment. Every time, they’re straight on it.
If you’re looking for a travel consultant, stop scrolling. You’ve found them.
