I was helped by Ethan at the Ryde branch of Hayes Travel.
I was making travel arrangements for a trip to Edinburgh and Ethan was a big help throughout the process.
This may not seem much to many people, but to an 85year old man suffering from severe arthritis it made a big difference.
Ethan noticed my stick and asked if I would like assistance at the airport. He organised this for me and was pleasant and considerate throughout the booking process.
I’ve given him 5 stars because he earned it in my opinion.

I always go to Hays in Ryde and see Chris the manager. He is always very helpful and knowledgeable. He advises us on all aspects of a cruise as he has generally been on that cruise and knows all the in’s and outs.
