Good knowledge and advice
Julie P made the process nice and easy. We looked at the various flight times and I think the ones we came up with are just right for us. I’ll always use a travel agent over online

Local and convenient for us
Shop is local and convenient for us. Could have booked our holiday online, but everything's now digital and phone-based with apps for this and apps for that. No printed copies of anything accepted anymore, so wanted certainty and support. Hays provided that and helped us navigate the digital requirements.
