I was served by Leoni who was really friendly and helpful with a search for my first solo holiday. We looked at a range of locations, dates and board basis, then found one I really liked. The booking process was simple and straightforward. I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received.

the staff were very knowledgeable about holidays and talked us through different options before we decided what we wanted and we were not pushed into getting a holiday that we did not want.

We hadn’t been on a holiday abroad for over 10 years and as we wanted a special holiday decided to visit Hays. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. We were unsure exactly what we wanted but the staff came up with a plan and after a discussion we now have a holiday that ticks all our boxes to look forward to.
