So my husband and I went in to the local branch from the very start we’ve been helped so brilliantly to find our holiday of a lifetime. They have gone above and beyond helping us. I’m dyslexic and find computer skills difficult so today the lady that’s been helping us so much sat with us and spent the time helping us do the visas we needed for Canada she’s given us great advice and taken a lot of the worry out of this holiday because we’ve never done anything like this. I’m 60 and my husband 70. thank you, Shelley.

We were offered a trip which was sold out. We were then offered a trip at almost double the price which we declined. Shelley said she would look for a similar priced trip at the original price which she found so a good result.

Shelley was very helpful and set everything up nicely, so I am confident that all will go well on the holiday.

I just walked in to book a cruise, Maddie helped me I told her what I wanted and she delivered everything I asked for

Was easy to book our first cruise and we had all our questions answered and explained in simple terms. Friendly service and made the booking a breeze, rather than being stressed out trying to do it ourselves on line. Will definitely use them again for our next trip.

Fantastic!!!! Went in with quite a complicated request, I wanted 5 people flying from one airport and two flying from another for the same week at the same hotel and they were brilliant. They sorted it all out and at a price that wasn’t far off the online price I found. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff

Nothing was too much trouble for them. They went out of their way, finding a cruise for us, and then professionally carried out the paper work, leaving us nothing to do, except pay up.

After doing my own bookings for an overseas trip last year, I decided to return to Hays' expertise for this year's principal trip -- and have been very pleased with the service given by Hays, Shaftesbury. Their systems & knowledge enable them to look at a seemingly-wider range of options at the planning stage, and then again when choosing flights, etc.
