Helpful and kind staff. Great product knowledge

Very helpful, very informative and a really pleasant experience Sarah was brilliant and would highly recommend to all. I wouldn’t book with anyone else other than hays shanklin Isle of Wight branch. The ladies there are amazing and so helpful.

Teresa again was fantastic nothing to much trouble explained everything in detail listen for my requirements got me all the information in depth arranged special assistance phoned easyJet to confirm added special request for hotel this is now my third booking with Teresa each holiday has worked out perfectly Teresa is such a very knowledgeable person customer service is 100% A credit to Hays Travel may Teresa stay on at the SHANKLIN BRANCH,, should be awarded EMPLOYEE of MONTH!!! Looking forward to my up coming booked holidays

My wife and I found the lady her name was Donna, who dealt with our holiday was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for her and she was never in a hurry to push us away.
