We booked two holidays with Teresa which took a couple of hours. She was very helpful & imformative.
We will be booking again for another holiday in the future.

The attention to detail. Teresa worked tirelessly to accommodate my wishes. This was a cruise on a ship I had never been on so her wealth of knowledge was invaluable. It was a large expenditure for me and she aimed to get me the best deal for my budget. She kept me regularly informed as to progress so I really want to congratulate her. Thank you.

Donna, the agent that we saw, was amazing. She spent a long time checking prices and times. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she saved us enormous stress trying to book our own flights, as we have previously always done. We shall now always book via a travel agent.

After a mess up with our cruise this year , I didn’t want to go back to Hays , but decided to try Shanklin , what a friendly warm welcome we got , very knowledgeable and listened to what we said (even apologized for this years mess up , even tho it wasn’t them) we booked our cruise and will be going in again.
