Very helpful very polite

Came into the Sheerness branch to see if they could find a short break away and was greeted warmly by the assistant. After a search what we had already found online was a good price and this was price matched by Brooke who took away the hassle of booking online . Very happy with the service we received.

This is the 2nd holiday we have booked in the last 2 months and both of them have been via Hays Travel (in fact we always book our holidays with Hays) when we lived in South London we booked at the Eltham branch where the service was always very good now we live on Sheepy we have discovered Sheerness branch and I must say the service is even BETTER.
On this occasion Vickie was the representative that booked our holiday to Portugal for June 16th 2026 but prior to that Stacie had book a holiday for us to Benidorm which is due in October of 2026 both ladies were knowledgeable informative and understanding.
The general feel about the Sheerness branch is warm friendly and welcoming which also includes all the ladies that work there.
In conclusion we are very very happy with Hays Travel as a company and wouldn't look to book our holidays anywhere else.

Whenever I go in to find out info or book a holiday, the staff are always helpful and informative, they always acknowledge you as you walk in and let you know they will be with you as soon as they are free! They will search and try to match all your criteria within your budget, I always go to Hays now as I have found it easy and quick, and up to now been able to find the holidays that suit my husband and I.

We felt we wasn't rushed the lady was very patient and took the time to find us what we wanted also very pleasant and helpful and nothing was to much to ask very pleasant experience at the sheerness branch

I had a problem with the dates i'd booked for the holiday and needed to be back a day earlier ,i have to say Nicola was very helpful in rearranging the holiday with someone else so we were back in time for my girlfriend's neice's hen night, it took her a lot of time sorting it out but she was superb throughout. So thank you for all your help .x
