Not the first time we have used Hays Sheerness branch and it won’t be the last! Always super helpful and informative about wherever we book our holidays to.
Julie knew about where we wanted to go and found q great deal. We left there very happy and are looking forward to going to Cape Verdi😀😀😎

The staff were professional and made me feel extremely comfortable.
The experience made it better by being able to actually walk into a high street shop and talk to someone who can give support and help on varied destinations. They helped me with the booking, car parking, and seat allocation and talked me through any other extras that may help my experience, which was so lovely.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking for holiday.

The girls in hays r always helpful in choosing somewhere to fly to I have a grandson with extra needs so they team go above and beyond to find what I best for us and never been disappointed with the choices given to us

Very polite staff at the Sheerness branch, could not of had better service. Cannot remember the sales representative name but she was so polite and nothing was to much trouble. Especially our latest one with the lovely Julie who spent a fair while building the perfect holiday for us in the Caribbean and she’s was so good at explaining every single detail and breaking down every single thing so we knew what we were paying for
