Ella in the Sherborne office made the holiday booking easy, with invaluable attention to detail. Her liaising with Kirker was faultless and together they provided us with a perfect Parisian break. We enjoyed the culture of Picasso, Notre Dame & Singer Sargent at Musee D'Orsay with an exceptional evening at Opera Comique. The hotel location was brilliant, together with the nearby restaurants for super foods and wines. All in all SUPERBE!

As always, you are acknowledged as soon as you enter the agency, whether the staff are with other customers or not. On this occasion I was welcomed by Karen Usher who helped us, with her extensive knowledge, in choosing a holiday suitable for our lifestyle, ages and expectations. Very efficiently she answered all of our questions, enabling us to book the holiday that day. If you want to book through a travel agency, this is the one.

Great friendly atmosphere as soon you walk in. Helen always gives us superb attention with her delightful manner to all the detail involved in planning our next cruise. Always a pleasure to see Simon and of course Karen who is a mine of useful information.
