Amazingly helpful service
I met with Karen to discuss a trip to New Zealand. Karen was extremely helpful and found me a holiday I am looking forward to. We looked at various options but Karen was able to find me an escorted tour, with a same sex share basis, so that I don't have to pay extortionate single supplements, so I booked there and then!

Hays Travel experience
We booked our next cruise when we were on board and everything was taken care of, very efficient, even contacted Hays (Shannon)who phoned us up to see if we required anything else and whether we had any questions. Parking was dealt with, and we had no further questions.
