Hays a professional safe pair of hands…
I booked a holiday last autumn for the first time with Hays, Sheringham. This was all handled by Liv who I found knowledgeable and extremely helpful in managing my booking. Any queries arising before my holiday were dealt with swiftly. My holiday was fabulous and everything worked out perfectly including transfers to and from my hotel. The holiday was so successful whilst away I got back in touch with Hays again and this time my booking was handled by Nina. Nina again was very helpful in detailing options for me to return to Tenerife again next year so I had choices. I happily booked again for next year. I went back into Hays and met up with Nina who had prepared all documentation for me. She has a very friendly professional manner and I am confident all will work out perfectly again next year. I did also have one or two dealings with Ali when arranging the first holiday when Liv was absent and again Ali offers the same helpful professional service as her colleagues. Hays are a professional pair of hands to manage your holiday and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for anyone considering a holiday abroad.

We went in to Hays to book our second holiday abroad and saw Ellie, she was so helpful. She guided us and explained everything in detail, and answered lots of questions we had. Hays Sheringham were excellent start to finish. Ellie was very knowledgeable and booked us an excellent last minute holiday to Tenerife for some winter sun and explained all we needed to know. We’ll definitely be back and booking again.
