Nina was very helpful and sorted the holiday we wanted at a good price.

Having never used a travel agent before [[ I've always booked flights etc myself or travelled as a professional musician for work ]] I didn't know what to expect. Liv @ Hays in Sheringham was a revelation. In a world where it seems fewer and fewer people take pride in their work Liv was simply wonderful.
She was patient efficient confident and answered all my questions thoroughly and diligently. I came away feeling very satisfied that all my requirements had been met & will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Booking the cruise was easy as we knew which one we wanted but were advised as to which cabin to go for. We were able to complete the necessary paperwork instore and everything was seamless. We also bought some euros and, again, this was easy. We will definitely use Hays again for future cruises.
