We called I to buy a gift card for a Christmas present for a friend. I cannot fault the service provided. However it was ridiculous the amount of personal details they required from myself, none of which is relevant for a gift card. This morning I am getting bombarded with emails regarding my up and coming holiday. Which again is completely irrelevant.

Holiday booking
As always Ellie was most helpful guiding us through our booking details which to be perfectly honest we would have been totally lost without her. She really went above and beyond too make what could have been quite a stressful time much easier for us.

Hays Travel Sheringham are always super helpful. I have booked a couple of what I would call 'special' holidays with them and dealt with various members of staff and they have always been very helpful, answered my millions of questions and assist with the booking process throughout. We have just booked a Norwegian Fjords Cruise with Nina who was very knowledgeable to us cruise virgins.
