Hays Travel - Silverburn Reviews 

Slightly disappointed in Hays Silverburn. Usually book holidays on line but as I was looking for a last minute deal decided to speak to the experts. Went in on Monday ( a week before we flew out). Travel agent mentioned this holiday we are in. I asked could I go home and chat it over with my husband and she said that was fine and to call back before 9pm. I did this but she was busy. I called in the next day and she seemed to be implying she never got my message. Long story short we missed out on original room with pool view as she didn’t phone me back on the Monday. When I called in to check in online she was busy again and another travel agent grudgingly agreed to che j me in as I explained I was on my lunch break. I just don’t think the customer service was as good as it could have been. I will go back to booking online. I also feel it wouldn’t have been hard for Hays to email me my boarding cards etc. They were printed out but an emai would have been better.

Charlene from Silverburn branch was amazing. We booked our Honeymoon with her and given how stressful everything wedding related has been sofar, it was refreshing how relaxed Charlene made us feel as she took care of everything quickly and efficiently. This is our second holiday with Hayes and its staff like this that make us want to come back :-)

Service from David Dyball was exceptional. Extremely helpful and efficient.Unfortunately he is finishing this week but I’m sure Barry and his staff will help me out in future.

We had the pleasure of meeting Laura, our travel agent who helped us sort out our family holiday, she was very helpful and definitely sold us the holiday with her expertise and every little detail that had to be dealt with, we will definitely use Hays Travel again and once again, a big thank you to Laura for everything she done for us

The agent, Rowan,at Silverburn, Glasgow was most helpful and charming. I am delighted with the holiday she helped me to find and hope it meets my expectations.

Unfair to suddenly raise their cost of booking prices overnight.

I like the fact I was not sold the first holiday that was found, she searched different dates and systems to find the deal that was best for us and provided everything we asked for and more, and for the best price.

Hays staff are always pleasant and friendly their knowledge of locations is great and I always leave happy

Barry the agent was so helpful and a joy to deal with and explained everything to us.

The staff are extremely focused on customer service, they take the time to understand what the customer is looking for and explain everything to you. Charlene is first class and we will not hesitate to go back again. Thanks guys.
