Trip to Japan
I hadn’t booked a holiday through a travel agent for years, just booking on the airline websites, but felt for this more adventurous trip to Japan I needed some help so contacted Hays in South Woodham Ferrers. Charlie, Fleur and their back office team were brilliant at helping me pull the holiday together, not to mention very patient, with me keep changing the itinerary and hotels!!! I’ve ended up with a much better holiday and hotels than I anticipated, and I am really happy I contacted them!

The wrong dates were booked ..my fault…
The wrong dates were booked ..my fault for not checking the screen but the quote the had given me with the correct dates was the piece of paper I handed over to check if the flights were still available..I just went ahead and booked only later when I got home did I realise the return flight was a day later

Helpful staff
Helpful staff. Polite and courteous. Understood my needs as I have mobility issues with spine and leg. He found us a holiday that fit my needs. I can’t do many stairs so needs to be virtually step free. He found us a lovely bungalow, near the pool. He said here was a few shops close to our apartment to do shopping, which was perfect. We didn’t want the free car hire so he got us private taxis to and from the airport. Couldn’t fault his helpfulness at all. This is why we keep going back to Hays.

We wanted to book a holiday in the UK. Sarah explained the booking process as we had gift cards to use and was very helpful. Our original choice wasn’t available so we went for a coffee and came back with another choice which was available. Highly recommended travel agent.
