I haven't been in a travel agents for years but wanted a tailored trip to USA..so glad I did. South Woodham Ferrers branch, friendly on arrival by all the team,and sat down with Charlie. Lovely ,happy personality , no pushy sales.. quoted exactly what I wanted.. so I booked! Definitely use again, easy and stress free.. and a great price.

Booked a holiday at your South Woodham…
Booked a holiday at your South Woodham branch yesterday. Fleur was so helpful and went over and above to help us find the right holiday ( there were 4 of us with all different needs) . We were in there for over 3 hours and not once did she make us feel awkward. Very well done to Fleur. We would definitely book with Hays again. 😄😄

After having not been on holiday abroad…
After having not been on holiday abroad for over 10 years I felt very nervous about booking a holiday. I rang and spoke to Sarah who was really lovely and put me at ease straight away. I had lots of questions as things have changed a lot since I last travelled and she answered all of them without making me feel silly for asking. She was so lovely and friendly that I wouldn't hesitate in picking up the phone and asking her anything I needed to know. I also spoke with Indi who was very helpful too. Sam was great when I needed some help one day and really calmed me down at a time when I needed it. They were all Brilliant and I would definitely book with them again.
