Last minute booking
Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Fleur, an apprentice, helped us. Nothing was too much trouble for her and when necessary she was fully supported by the rest of the team.

Third time I have now booked through hays (Charlie specifically)
With all 3 holidays I have been very very specific and changed my mind, sent through about 10 hotels and she is always happy to help me with recommendations, what’s around and reviews! I love the little personal touch and her helping me to find everything I want from the holiday, always at a better price than other travel companies!
When in Greece in September the transfer company hadn’t sent correct details of the coach back to the airport, this was a Sunday afternoon Charlie still helped and got this sorted!
Wouldn’t book a holiday without Charlie now☺️
