Harrison was very warm & welcoming . He is a good listener & explained all about the company & how he could help me book our holiday in Malta . Looked after by Emily who booked flight to New Zealand plus hotel at Heathrow the night before for me. Prompt emails with all relevant information and check up phone call to make sure I had received everything I needed. This is the second time I have gone through Hays regarding flights only, I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you
