Southsea Branch excellent as usual
Latasha booked 2 trips for us. For a short stay in Dubrovnik she managed to get us on flights that gave us a lot of extra holiday time on both the arrival and departure dates.
Similar for our trip to Kos.
Usual excellent service from the Southsea branch.

Exceptional service
From walking into the office we were greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile. Cerys was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way. We discussed exactly what we were looking for then within a couple of days received emails with quotes. Then coming back into the branch to pay deposit and book a week later we received the same excellent treatment. Thoroughly recommend this office and company 100%

Was seen the instant I came into the shop which was very clean and tidy. The consultant got on with my enquiry the instant I sat down and went through quite a few options as I said I wanted a cruise. We booked our first cruise with our local branch of Hayes travel in Southsea in 2024. That was such a good experience the staff were very helpful talking us through each step of the way. Since then we've booked 4 more, all long distances and long duration, careful planning needed and the experience of Hayes travel has been very reassuring, professional and friendly. Helping us with all requirements from currency to insurance and visas, during my numerous phone calls and visits to the branch. Personally I'd never consider going anywhere else for travel advice.
