Neil, the manager of Hays Travel in Spalding, made us feel very comfortable while we were booking our holiday, nothing was too much trouble and was very easy to understand.

Great communication from Neill, whilst sorting out a multiple family booking. He definitely went above and beyond to resolve and confirm our booking.

Extremely disappointed with our experience with Neil, Branch Manager at Spalding. We lost out on our holiday thanks to his failure to reserve our booking with the cruise liner. We had messaged over email to arrange a last minute holiday, and in our final message he quoted a price which he 'would book' if we confirmed that day - we phoned to confirm the booking, he then asked that we pop into store on the next working day with passports. We asked if we could go to our local branch, but he insisted they would not be able to book it and so we had to travel to his store. Monday am, we drove to Spalding, only to find that the holiday was no longer available! He had failed to reserve the holiday for us
He tried to explain this was unfortunate but he couldn't have pre-booked it for us. There was no way to reserve our holiday. He had not warned us of this when we spoke on the phone - we understood we were confirming the booking. Plus we find it hard to believe that a holiday can not be reserved over the phone. We won't be using Hays Travel Spalding ever again, if the manager is anything to judge by

Excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Isabelle Constantly had a smile on her face and you don’t see that very often. She was very informative and was able to answer all my questions. Definitely will go back to book my next holiday.

I usually put together my own holiday, resourcing transport and accommodation from the internet . But this time I decided to be lazy and use an agent. And … I’m so glad I did, Arron went through various options, made recommendations and generally got me a good deal . And , he’s going to update my schedule when everything gets finalised. I definitely recommend this branch.
