From walking into the st helens branch all the girls said hello soon got seated with kirstyne she was full of smiles listed to everything we wanted for a holiday and she made sure we found the perfect holiday she was just amazing giving advice on destinations looking up all reviews on holidays finding best flight at amazing price she was just really good at her job and a very nice lady we booked and it was just a great expereience from start to finish.

It’s the first time I’ve been to Hays…
It’s the first time I’ve been to Hays Travel. I went with my mum to book a trip abroad. (I normally just book online but my mum insisted it be booked at Hays for peace of mind). We were dealt with by Rhiann who was very helpful showing us many options & answered all our questions thoroughly. She was pleasant, polite & patient. I would book through them again.
