I went to St Helens Hays Travel and the travel agent was very professional, polite and helpful and seen me straight away helping me find the right holiday as a solo traveler for this break away.

Kirstyne who sorted my Travel Insurance for me was absolutely brilliant. I couldn't have asked for a nicer person. A credit to the company.

Excellent customer service from Freya, she sorted all our requests for assisted travel and hotel facilities.

The lady who we spoke to was the manageress and she dealt with our enquiry expertly and was more than helpful so we booked our holiday straight away.

Shop and staff so welcoming as ever because we always use Hays. The young lady Rihanna was so informative and pleasant and happy for us. We shall certainly be back again.

I love the fact that I can call or visit my local agents (St Helens, Merseyside) and deal directly with Rhiann who’s just amazing 🤩
Nothing is ever too much trouble and we can chat or email backwards and forwards before we decide on the best deal for us. Always excellent customer service and they make you feel like you’re really in good hands and being looked after 😁
We’ve used several tour operators over the years but there’s a reason we keep returning to Hays!

From the moment we walked in we was made to feel ever so special, service was first class, ALL staff ever so friendly and polite, walked out after booking a week in Loch lomond and Dunoon in Scotland, an absolutley delight to of booked at Hays travel, all round service was 100% first class, keep it going Hays, doing a fantastic job.
