I am a new customer to Hays and I was delighted with the service that I got from Kirsty in Stirling branch. She checked out several destinations, hotels and options/deals that were on offer. Nothing was any trouble. I will definitely come back for future holidays

Took the Weight off my shoulders
Matthew at Hays in Stirling was great. Took what I wanted and made it happen. Got it cheaper than I did on my research. Fantastic memory for when we went back to him a few days later to confirm booking.

I can always rely and trust Amanda in the Stirling branch to look after my bookings.
This is my 3rd holiday using this branch. Although I’m not local there is nothing Amanda can’t do to ensure my bookings are in order to every last detail.
I’ve always found the other staff to be friendly and most helpful too.

Hayes beats others hands down
Was lured into Barrhead travel by a poster, got told the Barrhead Exclusive Canadian was exclusive for solo travelers so went next door to Hayes, where I had intended to go in the first place because I admired the company’s ethics towards staff when they took over Thomas Cook . Stephanie was so helpful and and patient with me and gave such amazing service, as did the whole team, so much so that all my future travel will be booked through Hayes Stirling branch. Will be booking a Canadian Cruise with them for 2027 when the flights become available
