Hays Travel - Stirling Reviews 

Brilliant as always, our go to travel agents. We book all our holidays through Hays . Craig and all the staff so helpful, can't recommend them highly enough.

Have to amend this and make it right. This was no fault of Hays Travel. Staff at Stirling were exemplary at arranging the holiday, but were let down by the other partners, Jet2 and the Hotel Zefir.

This trip was to Hotel Zefir, Sunny Beach, Bulgaria.
Trip was good. Bulgaria is a beautiful country and people friendly. Jet2 and Hotel Zefir were disappointing. Assistance at Edinburgh airport was poor and had large queue. Assistance at Bourgas was better.
Area lovely. Hotel a disaster. Poor quality food and always cold. Complained to jet2 rep. Hotel Staff rude and unhelpful. Rooms cramped and beds uncomfortable. Balcony is 3ft wide and fits two plastic chairs, nothing else.
It is clean. No entertainment. Birds swim in the two pools, although cleaned once per week.
Beach close by and a good amenity. Very disappointed at this venue.
Not the fault of the Travel agency, Hays Travel.
Dump this hotel from your itinerary.

Helpful, informative staff in Stirling branch. Made sure we had lots of options to choose from and ensured that my dietary requirements were catered for before we committed to booking our accommodation.

We were greeted by name, as had previously booked through Hays. The advisor, Amanda, was extremely helpful in finding a hotel in the location we wanted, and in booking our holiday.
Our documents were emailed as promised.
