Good service from staff help to find suitable accommodation and flights at best price for our needs , have asked for airport assistance however still unsure how this works . Helped to put in request for ground floor accommodation as have sen child whom climbs . Overall good service

Amanda was really helpful, guiding us through the choices available and ensuring we received the best deal.
She was knowledgeable and did not hurry us with our choices explaining everything as we went through the numerous options in booking the ski holiday and offering friendly advice in an easy manner. Would definitely use Hays again.
