Brilliant service girls lovely nothink a problem

First time using Hays and had an awful experience of customer service. Booked a cruise with a very helpful lady, took money and informed that the next morning it would be booked and confirmed.

Next morning I received a Facebook Messenger message- even though they had my contact number- saying that had been unsuccessful in booking and offering different options. I asked on two occasions for the team to call me, which were ignored and kept sending messages on Facebook wasting time, whilst also informing me they were ‘selling fast’.

I eventually gave up and tried calling them- no answer. Once again, asked them to call and again ignored and tried to communicate on Facebook. Called again and got through and due to them wasting two hours, the cost of cruise had gone up by over £1k!

Gave up and asked for my deposit back, more so as I was appalled at the customer service. Informed a request would be sent but up to 14 days to refund- didn’t take that long to get it from my account!!

Would not use again owing to poor experience with service- who messages someone repeatedly on Facebook Messenger instead of calling like I asked? They said they were busy but it took more of their time and effort to keep sending messages than it would to talk to me for 5 minutes!

Bit worried about having to alter holiday plans,but Hays staff sorted it straight away no problem got a very successful outcome👍😊 Louise was very helpful and just like the rest of the staff there always makes you feel welcome,like an old friend and not an old nuisance (which I can be 🤣🤣)they try to save you money and get all the best options. Since discovering Hays wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you

The apprentice Aimee who dealt with us was very professional, she listened to our requirements and scanned through what was available from airport, accommodation, she had excellent listening and communication skills, she was very honest, patient. They was no pressure in her customer service delivery. She was aware that it had been sometime since we had been abroad so was asking all relevant questions. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, answering all our questions with confidence, she is an asset to Hays travel.

Maddison was very patient and really helpful in getting us the short break we wanted even though we were unable to get the dates we originally requested. The issue was in getting 3 elderly ladies a single room each! We came away happy.

The lady who helped us was absolutely brilliant. Spot on advice, went to great lengths to get us a close apartment to where we wanted to be. And a great price for both of us.. outstanding.
