The last time I booked with you was a disaster. If you have a record ,we had le gthy correspondence over an issue regarding the (RIU) Monica hotel in Nerja not the Monica in Cambrils.That issue was eventually resolved.Since then our daughter has booked with you on numerous holidays and will honestly not go anywhere else.So, we gave Hays another try and like our daughter, we will never again go with any other company. Our booking at your Talke Pits store was a pleasure, so easy and comfortable. Your staff have so much patience and commitment.Your rep Holly was a pleasure to book with and she has also dealt with our daughters holidays too.Our daughter also speaks very highly of Holly too.(psst, give her a rise). I have had several holidays with Hays travel and I cannot fault them. I usually deal with Natalie who got to know myself and my son well and so she looks into details and advises. I had to amend a few things that were an error and missed off and Natalie dealt with these changes promptly. This is why I come back as I feel nothing is ever to much trouble for her. The booking of the holiday was quick and felt effortless and the advice and service was again really good.

We received the usual knowledgeable and helpful support in finding a holiday. Stacey was brilliant, as usual.

While booking a holiday I found the travel assistant who served us to be very friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I was delighted with the experience as it is the first time we have booked with Hays travel and we will definitely book next.

We went to our local Hays travel at Talke to get a quote for a holiday. We sat down with a lovely assistant named Holly, she went through different destinations with us that we were thinking of. Nothing was too much trouble, she went over and above to find us a good value for money holiday. She was so professional and pleasant, we will definitely be going back. Thank you for helping us.

Natalie provided excellent service, actually getting my holiday cheaper than I could online. I was very satisfied with the whole experience from the booking process and the friendly atmosphere. Could recommend Natalie to anyone
