Great experience in booking a holiday to Italy. I gave Claire a list of what I wanted to do and see and she met my expectations by exploring the best deal and contacting independent Italian holiday specialists.
I was even able to increase my trip for 4 days to 7 and fly from Birmingham.

My experience dealing with Hays travel for the first time was really good! Myself and my husband dealt with Tracy who was fantastic and found us our holiday to Greece. She was very informative as this will be our first holiday to Greece and wasnt sure which area to go but Tracy was very helpful and we're really looking forward to going to crete in June.Other staff that were working were very friendly and polite would
