Popped in to book a birthday holiday with Tom, brilliant young man catered to our every request and ended up booking 2 holidays on the same day…!! Definitely use Hays again and even got some travel money at a fairly good rate.

We went in to book a holiday to Canada for a 70th birthday celebration next year. As usual the team at Hays Travel were fantastic. I had spoken to Netty beforehand & Emily helped us with the booking. Can't wait for September 2027 😊

I honestly can’t recommend Tom highly enough.

He spent over two and a half hours helping me organise a cruise hen weekend for 10 ladies, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to make sure we found the best option for our group rather than just making a sale.

He answered every question, explained everything clearly, compared different options and gave honest advice throughout the whole process. Organising a trip for 10 people can be stressful, but Tom made it feel easy and enjoyable.
