I was away from home and found a holiday on line that I wanted I phoned my local branch to see i f thay could match the deal on line.Thay asked if thay could ring me back while thay checked holiday for me.Rang me back and matched deal booked it for me on phone very easy to do staff very polite and helpful great service from Hays Doxford park branch.

I always book with hays as they have friendly staff that will do the best to get you the holiday you are looking for. Leah has booked my last two holidays. I had a holiday voucher from Jet2 and it wouldn’t let Leah use the voucher as she tried her best. Leah was still trying after I had paid for the holiday saying that she was in a chat with someone from Jet2 and if they could reinburse she would contact me.

I initially contacted Hays by phone & spoke to Joanne who checked 3 different hotels in the resort we prefered. My partener attended the shop the day after and got the holiday we agreed on. As always the service was exemplary.

We booked our holiday at Hays at Doxford Park in Sunderland, Yasmin was very friendly and helpful and we would definitely go there again. The rest of the staff appeared friendly too and appeared to get along well together.
