The customer service was fantastic, Freya listened to what we wanted and easily made changes to our itinerary when asked. Hays is a one stop shop. I always book through Hays Travel at Doxford Park, the staff are brilliant and very helpful. I am able to book my holiday, take out my insurance and get my euros in one visit.

Visited Hays Travel at the end of April as P+O were releasing dates at the end of April for 2028, I went to the Doxford Park branch to see what was available and after a short 15mins Joanne had sorted me out a great deal for Aug2028, a 20night cruise to the North Cape, including Reykjavik, Grundarfjarfjordur, Honnigsvag, Alta, Tromso, Trondheim, Kristiansund, Alesund, and finally Hrisey Island, all this on a full board basis with tips and FREE coach from Washington services to Southampton all included for August of 2028, many thanks to JOANNE at Hays Doxford Park for finding me this great deal.

We have used the travel agent at Doxford Park for many years when it was originally Coop Travel, then Thomas Cook and now Hays Travel. Every foreign holiday since 2010 except one was booked there. We get good service and hence why we always return. We were disappointed when making our latest booking though. Having got a quote for three holidays the day before booking, we returned to book the chosen holiday but were quite amazed to find that after it had been booked was over £400 more than quoted. We should have been notified of this before finalising the booking. This dynamic pricing may not be down to Hays Travel, however it is the point of sale and should have been more transparent about the cost.

Booking process was facilitated professionally by Dionne. She understood what we wanted from our holiday and researched various options for us. Very pleased about the booking process and would use Hays Travel at Doxford Park Sunderland again.

Cruise booking for 2028 was taken over the phone and booked by the staff.
The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. Price was excellent. I was kept informed at all stages of the process and received emails promptly. Excellent customer service.
